Try our aqua classes, great for all areas of the body, including cardio vascular muscle tone for all ages. Why not bring the family along to our swim sessions FREE for under 4's, £2.50 per visit for 5 - 13 years, and £5.00 for 14 - 17 years per visit. (Swim & Studio classes).
